WARNING: Documentaries and music videos streaming from this Webpage may contain explicit or vulgar images and/or language. Please use discretion when around sensitive audiences and children.
goLive!, is a virtual Internet channel, that streams meaningful documentaries and freedom music similarly to how a network TV station would (by continuously broadcasting prerecorded media). All videos streamed on this Webpage are embedded directly from http://mediawarrior.us.
The included documentaries and music videos may be arranged so as to be watched by categories or genres, or without lending any consideration to specified categories or genres; either way the video selection process itself is preformed randomly (however, until the Webpage has been refreshed videos will only display for viewing once, until all videos have been cycled through (after-which the array will be purged and the videos will cycle through again), regardless if watching by category, genre, or not). You may freely switch back and forth between documentary and music selections.
To watch videos without lending a consideration to categories or genres, click on the main-menu bar title, either 'Documentaries' or 'Music'.
To watch videos by specified category or genre, click on the desired submenu.
At this time this Webpage does not have control over the embedded flash controls. This means that if you pause or stop the video, the time-count for the video will continue and will cycle to the next selection (if the end of the video is reached); this also means that once you unpause the video, you will not be able to finish watching it, as the timer will finish ahead of the video.
If you desire to provide a link to a specific video for the purposes of posting on a forum or emailing, you may simply left-click on the folder icon (located on the floating menu bar, whenever a video is streaming). This will cause the URL to the current video to be copied to your computers clipboard, you may then 'Paste' it wherever you wish.
You may create your own documentary or music video playlist by selecting 'Generate Playlist', which is highlighted in yellow and positioned as the first selection of the drop-menu when accessing either 'Documentaries' or 'Music' on the floating menu bar. This will cause an overlay menu to appear, listing each category or genre available; simply click on whichever tab of interest and make your selections. The videos will play in order of selection (you can choose to remove a selected item by unchecking an already checked box or purge your playlist and start over if desired by clicking on the 'Clear List' button - located at the bottom of the overlay menu). You may simultaneously view any combination of documentaries and/or music videos, of whatever category or genre, in whatever desired order by either clicking on the red 'X' close menu icon, located on the top right of the overlay menu and switching back and forth between the 'Generate Playlist' for either 'Documentaries' or 'Music' on the floating menu bar or by clicking on the 'View Music' or 'View Documentaries' button located at the bottom of the overlay menu. Once you are ready to view your selections, click on the 'Submit' button also located at the bottom of the overlay menu. While your selections are streaming you may click on 'Skip', located on the floating menu bar, at any time to forward to the next selection in your playlist. Toggling 'Stop/Play', located on the floating menu bar, while queue your current selection to start from the beginning once 'Play/Stop' is again toggled.
To provide some user control, options to skip to a new video or to stop the video are available. These features are located on the floating menu bar, labeled the 'Stop'/'Play' and 'Skip' buttons. If you Stop a video you have the option of watching that same video, although from the beginning, by clicking on the 'Play' button.
Due to the max filesize of 350-Mb permitted by the MediaWarrior's hosting server, large documentaries are split into two or more videos, this results in inaccurate video time displays on the flash controls. However, multiple vidoes will play subsequently (and in order) before moving onto a new video.
Occasionally, you may experience issues with the timer stalling out, the Stop button failing to terminate the time-count, or streaming videos not loading. Such issues are due primarily to issues technology in general, e.g., the video host site being down for maintenance, a Web-browser hiccup, etc. When such happenstances occur, it is best to simply wait for a few minutes and attempt a 'Ctrl+F5' Webpage refresh when you have your Web-browser focused or active on your monitor.
